HOW IT WORKS

Artists, photographers, performers, filmakers, writers donate projects that show the beauty of wildlife in the wilderness, the beauty of domesticated animals in our homes.  These creations bring the souls of the animals and the spirit of the land to a variety of events, making their presence felt in the heart of Arts for Earth Foundation festivals and gatherings.  They will also be used to educate and for fundraising.  In this way a painting of a pelican will feed and care for many birds including pelicans.  Through Arts For Earth the arts make a tangible contribution to animal and land rehabilitation and care.

ARTS FOR EARTH FOUNDATION sponsors fun, educational introductory events called

ARTS FOR EARTH GATHERING OF FRIENDS

With the guidance and endorsement of Environmental groups (such as the Audubon Society, Sierra Club, CA Native Plant Society, and more) Arts For Earth invites Sanctuaries, Rehabilitators and Conservation groups (SRC's) to meet with Scouts, Clubs and Schools for the purpose of adopting each other.  The SRC's and Environmental Organizations provide outreach education and training to the volunteer groups

Volunteer groups in turn provide much needed support in the form of service projects for the adoptees.

The volunteer groups also invite their local communities to provide support and to attend educational ARTS FOR EARTH arts festivals featuring SRC outreach demonstrations, Environmental Organization talks, demos, wilderness tours and Volunteer awards for service projects.  Donations go to support the adopted animals and land with items such as care and maintenance, food, veterinary care, facility maintenance, materials for interpretive center, sustainable research in green living practices, construction services, printed and reproduced media.
