Now that we’re retired and can relax a bit, we no longer call it “training” - we call it fun, and it can also be a great social event. Classes are entertaining and move at a pace that every one can enjoy. Senior classes are taught by easy going and experienced Senior instructors. Many seniors repeat the classes indefinitely. Why not?

We have the only facility of it’s kind in the Southbay – so come and take advantage of it!

Most classes are $5, and if you are legal resident of RPV, then many classes are FREE.
