Glenn Acosta: Glenn is a Senior Engineer with the Sanitation District of Los Angeles County. Glenn will present information on the Clearwater Program, a compehensive evaluation of the sewer system that serves over 5 million people in the Los Angeles Basin. It was determined a tunnel was needed to convey treated wastewater from the Joint Water Pollution Control Plan in Carson to Royal Palms Beach where it would connect to the existing ocean outfalls. Glenn would like to given an update on the tunnel project.
