HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE: – The
Meeting Committee shall setup and prepare room for meetings and/or
specific events, using banner and other appropriate
materials for speakers and guests. Responsible for insuring that names
tags are available for member, directors, and/or guests. Provide refreshments.

MEMBERSHIP
COMMITTEE: The Membership Committee is responsible for devising
a strategy and implements a plan to obtain membership objectives. They
will be responsible for introducing new members at member meetings.
The Committee shall develop and maintain a Membership Directory and
distribute such directory to all members annually (at the April meeting)
and presented to new members when they join. The Committee shall coordinate
the process for collecting dues and renewing membership, etc.

PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE:
The Public Relations Committee shall insure that there is an effective
program to insure that the members and the public are kept informed
about the purposes, goals, activities, and accomplishments of CHOA,
etc., and to make recommendations to the board on how these objectives
will be accomplished. The Committee shall be responsible for creating
and distributing a quarterly newsletter to keep members up to date
on current activities. The editor of the newsletter is responsible
for writing, editing, and distributing the newsletter quarterly
as directed by the board. The Committee shall also distribute a
calendar of events to be published or distributed to all members
(at the April meeting).

PROGRAM
COMMITTEE: The Program Committee shall be responsible
for making recommendations to the board and after approval, recruiting
such speakers. The Committee shall plan programs for specific events
and other activities that may be of interest to members, and make
recommendation to the board. Programs may be educational, recreational,
and social, etc.
