Meeting Proxy [PDF]
The CHOA Meetings take place on the third Wednesday of the following months: April, June, September, November, February and are held at Hesse Park, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, 7:00-9:30 P.M. If you cannot attend a meeting, please send your proxy so that a quorem can be met. Also, any officer or member of the CHOA can be designated to act in an HOA stead (proxy). See CHOA Board of Director's List for names of officers. Proxies should be received at least one day before meeting.
