Dear Neighbors,
Thank you for checking out our new website to better serve the residents of Mesa Palos Verdes. We are the largest homeowners association in all of Rancho Palos Verdes and unique in that we serve both residents living in Rancho Palos Verdes and Rolling Hills Estates.
Mesa Palos Verdes Homeowners Association was established in the mid-nineteen-sixties. Do check out our By-Laws so that you can see the basis for our formation. The bottom line is, we ask our 400 plus residents to help make our neighborhood a better place with their annual fee of $20. (See the Documents page.) The majority of our families show their support and we have been able to help improve the common areas within our community.
You are served by a volunteer Board representing different Zones of our tract. See the Zone map and meet your Zone Director. We do have vacancies in several of our Zones and always welcome new faces to serve along with us.
Recent capital improvements have included the addition of Palos Verdes stone to our entryways, new lighting, and painting of our perimeter walls. Our next project will be working with the Cities of RPV and RHE to improve the landscaping of our entries and median along Whitley Collins.
It is a great neighborhood filled with a wonderful combination of original owners, new families, empty nesters, and just a little bit of every kind of family you can imagine. Please let us know your thoughts and ideas on how to make it an even better place to live.
