The Pacific View Homeowners Association consists of 345
homes in the Hesse Park area of Rancho Palos Verdes and encompasses the streets
known as Baycrest, Driftwood, Faircove, El Rodeo, Kings Harbor, Locklenna,
Madeline Cove, Posey Way, Sea Spray, Verde Ridge, Warnick, Whites Point,
Windport, and 29015 to 29035 Trailriders.
The Association’s Board of Directors has nine members who serve 3-year terms
that are spaced such that three board seats are up for re-election every year.
