Minutes of the Board Meeting
7 November 2005

Called to Order: 7:45pm by Porter.
Present: Porter, Parks, Kelly, Himelwright, and Cooper.

Minutes of October 3 rd 2005 were approved as submitted.

Treasurer’s report: Treasurer’s reports for October was received and approved as submitted.

Correspondence:

Roads: Cooper reported that the repaving project on Peppertree is underway. Himelwright reported that work along Tangerine and Limetree is proceeding. It was suggested that two new signs for Pomegranate be created; one that says East Pomegranate and one that says West Pomegranate.

Roadsides: Access Control: Remote control gate openers are now available. Contact Tim Kelly. The gate guard will be used less frequently now-once a week and on holidays. The cost is approximately $200 per night. There was discussion about implementing stickers or decals on residents’ cars so that the guard knows which vehicles are to be expected without having to ask each time.

City liaison / RDA: Nothing to report

Old Business:

New Business: After a presentation by Kelly Richardson, it was moved, seconded and passed to retain the services of Kelly Richardson of Richardson & Harman, LLP as general counsel for rendering advice and counsel as requested by the Association. Additionally, the firm would be asked to draft restated governing documents for our use.

Audience: There is a crack opening up on Limetree.
