Bend Community Association Called
to Order: 7:15 pm by Porter. Minutes of November 6, 2006 were approved. No meeting held in December Treasurer’s report: The treasurer’s report for November and December were received and filed. Roads:East- Still working on Limetree. Tangerine needs work too. West- Patching bad spots on Narcissa and Sweetbay for now pending major work next year. Roadsides: West- New stop signs are still on order to replace faded and broken ones. Signage for the cameras has been ordered. These will be installed when they arrive. East- Permanent planting will replace the holiday plantings at the Peppertree gate. Access Control: The cameras at Peppertree need to be moved to avoid additional unnecessary costs associated with their existence. Vandalism has been decreased as of late. President’s report: none City liaison / RDA: none Old Business: none New Business: It was moved and passed that $13,000.00 + 25% contingency be allocated for storm drain improvement at Narcissa and Vanderlip Drives. Communications Audience: Bob Maxwell spoke regarding drainage issues on the East side. Diana Halderman spoke regarding tree trimming of roadside trees. Meeting adjourned at 8:25 pm Next
