Bend Community Association Called
to Order: 8:05 pm by Porter. Minutes of December 5 2005 were approved as submitted. Treasurer’s report: The treasurer’s reports for November and December were received and approved. Roads: A water leak at Roseapple under the newly repaved Peppertree Road was reported and will be repaired. Patching on Pomegranate is underway and plans for Limetree are in the works. The asphalt chipping on Tangerine needs re-thinking. Peppertree will be finished and striped in the next few weeks. Roadsides: Increased water usage has been noted at the Narcissa gate lot. This will be investigated. Access Control: Remote control gate openers are still available. Contact Tim Kelly. The Peppertree gate is now in need of repair and the lights have yet to be hooked up after the repaving President’s report: None City liaison / RDA: The City has the issue of storage containers in the community on its agenda in February. Old Business: Speed humps were again. Casey Porter and Bud Parks will walk the community and map out a plan. New Business: A committee was formed to investigate upgrading the front gate area at Narcissa. Members include Kim and Matt Nelson, Bill Hunter, Honeya Barth and Lynn Petak.
