Minutes of the Board Meeting
5 March 2007

Called to Order: 7:05 pm by Porter.
Present: Himelwright, Cooper, Burt, Kelly

Minutes of 13 February 2007 were approved.

Treasurer’s report: The treasurer’s report for February was received and filed.

Roads: East- Still need to widen Tangerine before putting down asphalt. Need estimate for asphalt.

West: still planning on patching bad spots on Narcissa and Sweetbay for now pending major work next year.

Roadsides: West- New stop signs are up. Signage for the cameras up, as well.

East: still waiting on new plants at the Peppertree gate.

Access Control: Vandalism has been decreased as of late. The cameras recorded another act of vandalism at Peppertree and the cost of repair will be given to the perpetrator. President’s report: none City liaison / RDA: none

Old Business: The drainage on Narcissa has been altered such that homes on the downhill side are subject to flooding during a storm. Work will be done in the next two weeks to correct the situation and the homeowner responsible for creating the problem will be billed.

New Business: It was moved and passed that Tim Kelly speak before the City Council tomorrow night regarding the placing of shipping containers on our lots to be used as storage, as they are in violation of our Architectural Guidelines.

Communications: West Pomegranate Road needs repaving and widening. Audience: Bob Maxwell: Has requested we invite J. Bell from the City to speak to our Association regarding the water drainage down Altamira Canyon. It was reported that the City is permitting a long-term temporary road accessing the old Pony Club site (Mr. York’s property) from PV Drive South. There was also a comment about the Red Sign at the exit of Peppertree Gate: the new gate operator blocks the do-not-backup sign.
