to Order: 7:25 pm by Kelly. Minutes of 5 March were approved. Treasurer’s report: The treasurer’s report for March was received and filed. Roads: East- have not received a bill for the patching yet. West- still patching bad spots on Narcissa and Sweetbay for now pending either major work or a slurry seal next year. Finish work on the berm is still left to do. Roadsides: West- East- New plants have gone in at the Peppertree gate. Access Control: Ongoing vandalism is being recorded and the perpetrators are being held responsible for repairs. A new sign warning not to back up will be placed at the Peppertree gate. The new gate operator blocks the old one. President’s report: Kelly reported that Mr. York had spoken with Porter (president) regarding a lot line adjustment that would significantly enlarge the lot on Cinnamon Lane. City liaison / RDA: Don Burt, Cooper and Himelwright will speak with the City regarding shipping containers in the community. The City has requested input. Old Business: The altered drainage on upper Narcissa has been corrected. New Business: Communications: Audience: Meeting adjourned at 7:55 pm. |
