to Order: 7:30 pm by Porter. Minutes of 2 April were approved. Treasurer’s report: The treasurer’s report for April was received and filed. Roads: East- An itemized bill has not received for the patching yet. Tangerine needs more work, another layer. It is narrowing. West- Pipes along Sweetbay have been moved. Will consider widening Sweetbay to allow for two-way traffic. Roadsides: West- Trees are getting overgrown. A plan for trimming needs to be developed. East- Need gardener to start working at the Peppertree Gate now. Access Control: On going vandalism is being recorded and the perpetrators are being held responsible for repairs. A new keypad monument will be designed for Narcissa. It will be housed in a framework that will not destroy the keypad when hit by a vehicle. President’s report: City liaison / RDA: Don Burt, Cooper and Himelwright are awaiting a call from the City to meet regarding community input on shipping containers. Old Business: The altered drainage on upper Narcissa has been corrected. New Business: It was moved, seconded and passed unanimously to send a letter to the City inquiring as to the reason for and permissibility of allowing a lot line adjustment that adds acreage to a parcel in the PBCA. It was noted that fire access to the Preserve should be from Palos Verdes Drive South and not through the community. Communications: Audience: Meeting adjourned at 8:15 pm. |
