MINUTES FROM MEETING ON 7:30 pm, 7 JUNE 2004, Ladera Linda

CALL TO ORDER: Members present: Don Burt (chairman), Bob Halderman, Tom Hoffman, Tim Kelly, Casey Porter, Bud Parks, and Chas. Himelwright

MINUTES: May 17 minutes read and approved.

PREAMBLE LETTER: New input received, review for approval next meeting.

FORMS: Reviewed and approved.

OLD BUSINESS:

• Barn, 3 Figtree. City has intervened and structure must be brought up to code as well as to PBCA standards. File will be kept open and progress reported.
• 15 Sweetbay. Landscaping plans approved.
• Lot, 3 Ginger Root. Tentative approval has been given. Must provide for review more detail as to garden shed, tractors along with permission from title holder for changes to lot...landscaping, grading, fencing, etc. A time line for completion also must be included.
• Horse fencing, 7 Plumtree. Waiting for plan submission pending close of escrow on York lot adjacent to property. Will move horses to that location.Corral, 22 Narcissa. Setback meets requirements.

GENERAL DISCUSSION: Betty Strauss talked about fencing part of her property and will submit a plan.
