minutes of the 5 July 2004 meeting were approved.
OLD
BUSINESS:

Ginger Root.Discussion only.No letter yet from the owner.A tractor
has been removed from the site, but not the trailer.

Plumtree.No new information.No indication that escrow has closed.

Figtree.Discussion only.Awaiting action by the city to complete.The
owner has agreed to take down the bamboo
matting from the fence.
- Debris
at 68 Narcissa.Some progress has been made, and clean-up continues.May
not be complete by the
20 July deadline
requested
in our recent letter.

Cherryhill.Received photos from owner, shed is a commercial pre-fab
unit, owner described dimensions
as 10’ x 12’.Letter sent; no written
response yet.Some screening via shrubbery has commenced.

and deemed proper.

living in his shed.

view is clear from neighbor

some container is

is concluded.

is unscreened.No information

General
discussion: The
topic of shipping containers on properties was discussed.
