MINUTES – PBCA Architecture Committee
2 August 2004

1. Call to order, 7:30 pm. Present: Kelly, Hoffman, Haldeman, Himmelwright, Siegel

2. Minutes from 19 July approved

3. Old business:

• 3 Ginger Root. Still awaiting letter from owner, authorizing work by tenant.
• 3 Figtree. Reported to us that the city has allowed one extra month for their corrections to be made
• 68 Narcissa. More progress on clean-up, but not yet complete
• Reported results of file / record check – no PBCA approvals for sheds on empty lots are on file
• Response from Committee / Board letters: Sabin sent a letter; referred to the Board. In dialogue with Petak.
• New business:
  Letter received regarding potential unauthorized duplex. Referred to the board
• Lot at 13 Sweetbay. Owner stated that a plan will be submitted for grading etc by the next meeting.

A concern about parking near corners was raised; the committee agreed to talk to the party involved.
