PBCA Board Meeting Schedule

The Board meets the first Monday of the month at Ladera Linda Community Center. There are two exceptions to this rule: If the first Monday of the month is a holiday, the board will meet the following Monday. The February meeting, which is the annual general meeting, is held the second Tuesday of February. The architectural committee meets at 7 p.m. and the general board meeting begins immediately afterwards. Board meetings are open to all members of the Association. Members who have concerns, problems or ideas affecting life in Portuguese Bend are invited to come to board meetings and discuss these issues with Board Members and other members of the Association. The board members, whom you elect, make decisions about road maintenance, taxes, and other local issues at these meetings. If you want to know what is going on in your community, attendance at these meetings should be a priority on your "to do" list. The agenda for the upcoming meeting is posted on the web site. Minutes of past meetings are posted on the web site as they are approved by the board. The November PBCA Board meeting will be held at Ladera Linda on Monday, November 3, 2008. The Architectural Committee meeting will start at 7.00 p.m. and will be followed immediately by the Board meeting. IMPORTANT:This is the night before the elections and Ladera Linda is being used as a polling place. Parking will be limited and we have been asked to park our cars in the rear parking lot.
