Minutes of the Board Meeting

Called to Order: pm by Kelly.

Present: Cooper, Burt, Himelwright, Kelly

Minutes of May 5, 2008 were approved.

Treasurer’s report: Treasurer’s report for May was received.

Correspondence: A letter from a member was received questioning the running of a landscape business on a vacant lot.

Roads and Public Works East: No report.

Roads and Public Works West: Work being done on private property along Altimira Roadsides West and East.

Roadsides West & East: Still working on sprinklers at the Gate Lot.

Access Control: Nothing to report

President’s report: None

City liaison / RDA: No report

Old Business:

New Business: The subject of speed humps was again brought up. Peppertree would be a likely location for a speed hump.

Communications:

Audience: A resident questioned what the City has done with the RDA money. Sepp Donahower submitted antiblight regulations from the City of Lakewood as a guide for blighted conditions present on some properties that may be degrading the value of (all) other properties. It was noted that many of these concerns are concerns for the Architectural Committee.
