Treasurer’s report: Not available Correspondence: Annual Summary Report for 2007 was reissued to the City as the date was incorrectly stated. Roads and Public Works East: Nothing to report. Roads and Public Works West: Nothing to report. Roadsides: West & East: Sprinkler system getting repaired. Some overgrowth on Cinnamon needed maintenance. Access Control: Himelwright will place box and cameras will be installed next week. President’s report: none Old Business:: The meeting with York at Trump’s Golf Course went well. York is withdrawing the boundary and property will be donated to conservancy. Appeal was withdrawn. New Business:Cooper made a motion to raise taxes by 5%. Kelly second, Burt moved and Himelwright declined. Audience: Tumbleweed extraction will be looked into.
