Subject: Palos Verdes Nature Preserve - PVPLC 2006-2007 Annual Report

NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes at a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at Fred Hesse Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard, Rancho Palos Verdes will be asked to consider the following to the Palos Verdes Nature Preserve, including the Forrestal Reserve:

1) To approve the 2008 Forrestal Trails Project List; and, 2) To receive and file the 2006-2007 Annual Report submitted by the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy.

To view the 2008 Forrestal Trails Project List and the 2006-2007 Annual Report for the greater Palos Verdes Nature Preserve and other items related to the Palos Verdes Nature Preserve, go to the City’s website at www.palosverdes.com/rpv under the Planning Department page or visit the Planning Department at the Rancho Palos Verdes City Hall.

All interested parties are invited to submit written comments and to attend and give testimony. If you wish to submit written comments, please provide them to the Director of Planning, Building, and Code Enforcement. Public Comments received by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 will be included in the City Council Staff Report. Written comments submitted after May 13th will be given to the City Council on the night of the meeting. A Staff Memorandum summarizing the items to be considered by the City Council at its May 20, 2008 meeting will be available after May 14, 2008 on the City’s website at www.palosverdes.com/rpv under the May 20, 2008 City Council Agenda.
