Recommendation: After any additions or deletions to the proposed budget document, adopt Resolution No. RDA 96-09 adopting the Operating and Capital Improvement Budget for the Redevelopment Agency for fiscal year 1996-97.
B. Amendment to Joint Powers Maintenance Agreement. (Bussey)
Recommendation: Adopt Resol. No. RDA 96- of the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency approving the First Amendment to the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement between the City and the Redevelopment Agency, which was originally adopted by Resol. No. RDA 90-18.
C. Abalone Cove Drainage Design Workshop. (Bussey)
Recommendation: (1) Consider establishing a regular date and time for agency workshops to assist in an ongoing review of various RDA activities; and, (2) Concur that the subject of the first workshop will be a review of the drainage plans for the Abalone Cove area.
D. Professional Services Contract for Abalone Cove Sewer Preparation and Negotiation of Easements. (Allison)
Recommendation: (1) Award a professional services contract to Berryman and Henigar, Inc. for engineering services related to the preparation of easement agreements, and acquisition of rights-of-way, for the Abalone Cove Sewer Project for a not-to-exceed fee of $91,932; and, (2) Authorize the Chairman and Agency Secretary to execute a professional services agreement with Berryman and Henigar, Inc.
