A. Minutes of October 7, 1997. (Purcell)
Recommendation: Approve the minutes.
B. Resol. No. MAC 97-12. (McLean)
Recommendation: Adopt Resol. No. MAC 97-12.
C. Approval of joint project with the Abalone Cove Landslide Abatement District (ACLAD) for drainage repair at Palos Verdes Drive South and Altamira Canyon. (McBride)
Recommendation: 1. Approve the City's participation in a joint project with ACLAD (acting as the lead agency) to repair the roadway culvert at Palos Verdes Drive South and Altamira Canyon; 2. Authorize an allocation, for an amount not to exceed $12,500, from the City's capital improvement project (CIP) fund budget for drainage repairs (330-930-560-28-82) to this project; and, 3. Authorize payment to ACLAD based on 25% of the awarded bid price, not-to-exceed $12,500, and pending submission of certification from ACLAD that the project followed their legal bidding procedures.
