Recommendation: Approve the minutes.
Recommendation: Receive and File the August 1999 Treasurer’s Report for the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency.
Drainage control project. (Allison)
Recommendation: Approve a contract addendum to increase the current expenditure limit by $12,300 for professional services with Vandermost Consulting Services Inc., to provide for additional studies for the Army Corps of Engineers permit.
D. Register of Demands. (McLean)
Recommendation: Adopt Resol. No. RDA 99- A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING FUNDS FROM WHICH THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.

E. Final Supplemental EIR addendum certification for the Alta Mira Canyon Drainage Control Project. (Allison)
Recommendation: Adopt Resol. No. RDA 99- FOR THE ALTA MIRA CANYON DRAINAGE CONTROL PROJECT, THEREBY CERTIFYING AN ADDENDUM TO THE FINAL SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT.
F. Approval to develop two dewatering wells in the Portuguese Bend landslide area. (Allison)
Recommendation: (1) Award a contract to drill two new de-watering wells in the Portuguese Bend Landslide to Strath Pump Company, for a not-to-exceed amount of $37,260, and approve a $2,740 change order budget, for a total authorization of $40,000. (2) Authorize the Chairman and Agency Secretary to execute a contract with Strath Pump Company, Inc.
