APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
A. Senior Affordable Housing Proposal – Exclusive Negotiating Agreement and Contract for Services. (Pfost)
Recommendation: Approve the proposed Exclusive Negotiating Agreement between the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency and Indian Ridge Crest Gardens, LP, approve the proposed Contracts with PMW Associates and Keyser Marston Associates to assist the Agency in negotiating with the developer on this project, and authorize R. P. Laurain and Associates to prepare an appraisal of the subject property.
