Claim against the City by Chandler’s Palos Verdes Sand and Gravel Inc.
Initiation of Litigation:
The Council is meeting to decide whether to initiate two lawsuits to remove foliage from properties in order to comply with decisions that have been issued by the City pursuant to the View Restoration/Preservation Ordinance.
