BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION The claimant alleges a semi-truck hit City tree(s) while driving along Hawthorne Boulevard and the resulting debris hit and damaged the claimant’s car. Claimant Georgianna Ezzo submitted a claim of $250.00 to cover her auto insurance deductible. A copy of the claim is attached.
