SUBJECT: POINT VICENTE INTERPRETIVE CENTER – PARK TRAILER LEASE

RECOMMENDATION:

Authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the attached agreement with GE Capital Modular Space for the lease of an office trailer at PVIC.

DISCUSSION

As part of the park partial opening, an office trailer for the Los Serenos de Pointe Vicente docents and Staff will be operational daily while the building construction is underway.

At the December 17, 2002 City Council meeting, the City Council authorized $10,000 for the placement, rental and operation of the office trailer from January 1, 2003 through June 30, 2003. The office trailer was obtained from GE Capital Modular Space and the unsigned agreement is attached.

FISCAL IMPACT

The monthly cost of office trailer is $522.
