Recommendation: (1) ADOPT RESOL. NO. RDA 2003- AMENDING RESOL. NO. RDA 2003-06, THE BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR FY 03-04, TO CONTINUE CERTAIN EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATIONS FROM FY 02-03. (2) ADOPT RESOL. NO. RDA 2003- , AMENDING RESOL. NO. RDA 2002-08, THE BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR FY02-03, TO REDUCE THE BUDGET FOR CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS.
