M I N U T E S RANCHO PALOS VERDES CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED MEETING MEETING WITH STATE LEGISLATORS JANUARY 12, 2004 The meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M. in Assemblyman Lowenthal’s office in the State Capitol Building, Sacramento, notice having been given with affidavit thereto on file. Present: Clark, Stern, Long, Wolowicz and Mayor Gardiner Absent: None Also present were City Manager Les Evans, and Assembly member Alan Lowenthal. Discussion centered on the following:

No action was taken. Recess and Reconvene for meeting at 2:00 P.M. with Amy Brown, Lobbyist for the League of California Cities for discussion of the following matters:
No action was taken. Recess and Reconvene for a meeting at 3:00 P.M. with State Senator Vincent for discussion of the following matters impacting the City of Rancho Palos Verdes.

No action was taken. Adjournment: At 5:00 P.M., the meeting adjourned to Tuesday, January 20th at 6:00 P.M. to the Fireside Room at Hesse Park to interview a candidate for the Planning Commission. Motion made by Mayor Gardiner.
