1. Motion to waive full reading.
Recommendation: Adopt a motion to waive reading in full of all ordinances presented at this meeting with consent of the waiver of reading deemed to be given by all Council Members after the reading of the title.
Recommendation: Approve the minutes.
Recommendation: ADOPT RESOLUTION 2004 -____, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 004-M, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT.
Recommendation: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2004 - ; APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR FEMA HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT FUNDS ADMINISTERED BY THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR’S OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES.
Recommendation: (1) Extend the consulting agreement with Conservation Strategy Group (Joseph Caves), a professional lobbyist assisting the City/Conservancy in its efforts to secure state bond monies for funding the Portuguese Bend acquisition transaction, through June 2004; and (2) ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2004-__ APPROVING A $15,000 BUDGET APPROPRIATION TO COVER THE COST OF THE EXTENDED CONSULTING AGREEMENT.
Recommendation: ADOPT (1) RESOLUTION NO. 2004-__, APPROVING ADDENDUM NO. 17 TO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT 36 FOR REVISION "V"; and ADOPT (2) RESOLUTION NO. 2004-__, APPROVING REVISION "V", AN AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 162 AND A GRADING PERMIT FOR CHANGES TO THE PROJECT'S RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.

Recommendation: Conduct a public hearing for the purpose of obtaining public comment on the Rancho Palos Verdes NCCP Subarea Plan DEIR.

Recommendation: Receive an update from Trump Enterprises on the status of the construction of Palos Verdes Drive South.

Recommendation: Consider authorizing the Mayor to send a letter in support of the California State Assembly Bipartisan Group.
Recommendation: Decline to join an amicus brief filed in the California Supreme Court prepared by the Coalition for Practical Regulations in the City of Burbank V. State Water Resources Control Board.
Recommendation: Provide staff input on the proposed agenda for the March 30, 2004.
