A. Minutes of June 1 and July 6, 2004 meetings. (Purcell)

Recommendation: Approve the minutes.

B. FY03-04 Continuing Appropriations. (Downs)

Recommendation: (1) ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2004-, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2004-05, THE BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR FY04-05, TO CONTINUE CERTAIN EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATIONS FROM FY03-04; and, (2) ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2004-, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2003-06, THE BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR FY03-04, TO REDUCE THE BUDGET FOR CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS.

C. FY03-04 Budget Adjustments. (Downs)

Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. RDA 2004-, amending Resolution No. RDA 2003-06, the budget appropriation for FY03-04, to increase budgeted appropriations in the Portuguese Bend fund.

D. FY04-05 additions to the Consolidated Loan Agreement between the City and the Agency. (Downs)

Recommendation: Receive and file the staff report, which provides information regarding the FY04-05 advance of $60,907 to the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency ("Agency"). The Consolidated Loan Agreement dated December 1, 2003 authorizes the FY04-05 advance.

E. Treasurer’s Report for the month of July 2004. (McLean)

Recommendation: Receive and file the July 2004 Treasurer’s Report for the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency.
