1. Approve the filing of an Application for Grant Funds to construct the Docent-proposed “Educational Triangle” on a portion of the Lower Point Vicente property. (Continued from January 6th.)

1A. SUPPLEMENTAL STAFF REPORT RE: GRANT APPLICATION FOR OUTDOOR HISTORY MUSEUM AT LOWER POINT VICENTE PARK

Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No 2004- APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR GRANT FUNDS FOR THE URBAN PARK ACT OF 2001 PROGRAM UNDER THE CALIFORNIA CLEAN WATER, CLEAN AIR, SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS, AND COASTAL PROTECTION ACT OF 2002.

2. Through Noon: Discussion of goal setting for the year 2004 and 2005 and development of specific strategies with timelines for achievement.

3. 12:00 Noon – 1:15 P.M. Lunch

4. 1:15 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. Continued discussion of goal setting and development of specific strategies with timelines for achievement.
