RECOMMENDATION
Reject the claim and direct staff to notify the claimant.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The claimant alleges a city contractor contributed to his vehicle tire damage on August 12, 2004 by failing to clear nails and debris in the roadway. The claim amount is $277.04. A copy of the claim is attached.
The City’s Claims Administrator, Carl Warren & Company, has advised the City to reject the claim.
