APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR:

1. Repair of the Tarapaca Storm Drain (Allison)

Recommendation: Review and reconfirm a four/ fifths (4/5s) vote, the Council’s action on December 21, 2004, to authorize staff to conduct an informal bid process to repair the Tarapaca Storm Drain.

2. Repair of the Western Avenue Storm Drain (Allison)

Recommendation: Review and reconfirm a four/ fifths (4/5s) vote, the Council’s action on January 4, 2005, to authorize staff to conduct an informal bid process to repair the Western Avenue Storm Drain.

REGULAR BUSINESS:

3. Status of City Council Tactical Goals for 2004-2005 (Evans)

Recommendation: Review current Tactical Planning Goals and revise, update and add to the Goals as determined through City Council and staff discussion.

4. Proposed Budget Policy Issues (Petru)

Recommendation: Review the list of proposed budget policy issues for FY 05-06 and provide staff with direction regarding the inclusion of these items or others identified by Council for discussion at the Budget Policy Issues Workshop.

5. Future Agenda Items (Evans)

Recommendation: Approve a list of future City Council agenda items and establish a priority for hearing them.

6. Agenda Format and Procedures Issues (Evans)

Recommendation: Consider Amendments to the City Council Rules of Procedure.
