ADJOURNED MEETING
MEETING WITH LOBBYISTS
JANUARY 11, 2005
The meeting was called to order at 7:45 A.M. in the Sheraton Grand Hotel Cafe, Sacramento, notice having been given with affidavit thereto on file.
Present: Mayor Clark, Mayor Pro Tem Wolowicz and Councilmen Long and Stern
Not Present: Councilman Gardiner
Also present were City Manager Les Evans; PVPLC Executive Director Barbara Dye; Director of Planning, Building and Code Enforcement Joel Rojas; Joe Caves and Greg Brown, NCCP Lobbyists.
Barbara Dye briefed all present on the status of the State appraisal of the Portuguese Bend properties and the schedule of events that should occur between the current time and the anticipated date of State funding approval. Additional discussion focused on:
Adjournment: At 8:45 A.M., the meeting adjourned to Monday, January 24th at 6:00 PM at Hesse Park for City Council photos.
