SUBJECT: CITY TREE REVIEW PERMIT CODE AMENDMENT (Case No. ZON2004-00160)

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council continue the public hearing to February 15, 2005.
BACKGROUND
The item regarding the City Tree Review Permit (CTRP) code amendment was originally noticed for public hearing on December 7, 2004. On December 7th, the item was continued to February 1, 2005 so that the matter could be heard in conjunction with the forthcoming City-wide Fee Study report. This is because some of the components of the CTRP amendment language incorporate new fees. It now appears that the City-wide Fee Study report will be presented to the City Council on February 15, 2005. Therefore, Staff is recommending that this item be continued to February 15, 2005,
