RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that the City Council continue the public hearing until April 5, 2005.

DISCUSSION

This item is being brought before the City Council for consideration due to an appeal, which has been filed on behalf of the project applicant, of the Planning Commissionís decision to deny, without prejudice, a Height Variation (Case No. ZON2004-00087). Unfortunately, due to personal issues, the applicant will be unable to attend the March 1, 2005 public hearing. As such, the applicant is requesting that the City Council continue the public hearing.
