Add an item to the City Council Agenda as follows:

REGULAR BUSINESS:

  1. Proposed technical revisions to the Natural Communities Conservation Plan (NCCP) and to the NCCP Implementing Agreement (Dye)

Recommendation: Consider and approve technical revisions to the NCCP and to the NCCP Implementing Agreement with respect to the phasing of City dedications of land to the NCCP Reserve.
