RECOMMENDATION
Reject the claims and direct staff to notify the claimant.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The claimant alleges striking a dangerous road condition while riding his bicycle on Beechgate Drive on September 2, 2004. The claim for is for personal injuries of an unknown amount. A copy of the claim is attached.
The City’s Claims Administrator, Carl Warren & Company, has advised the City to reject the claim.
