Reject the claim and direct staff to notify the claimant.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The claimant alleges vehicle damage sustained from a tree branch falling on her parked vehicle along Maycroft on March 22, 2005. The claim for is for property damage of 2,061 plus car rental expenses. A copy of the claim is attached.
The City’s Claims Administrator, Carl Warren & Company, has advised the City to reject the claim.
