Recommendation: Provide direction to the Traffic Safety Commission and Staff regarding the extent of parking regulations the City Council is interested in having the Commission address.

3. Via Rivera Traffic Calming and Team RPV (Evans)

Recommendation: Provide direction to Staff.

4. Communications Between the Traffic Safety Commission and the City Council (Allison)

Recommendation: Provide direction to the Traffic Safety Commission regarding written communications between the two bodies.
