RECOMMENDATION
Reject the claim and direct staff to notify the claimant.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The claimant alleges vehicle damage sustained from a tree limb striking his vehicle while driving southbound on Paseo Del Campo in the City of Palos Verdes Estates on June 13, 2005. The claim amount for damages is $5,638.30. A copy of the claim is attached.
The City’s Claims Administrator, Carl Warren & Company, has advised the City to reject the claim.
