RECOMMENDATION
Reject the claim and direct staff to notify the claimant.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The claimant alleges personal injury sustained from falling into the drainage ditch located along the shoulder of Palos Verdes Drive East on June 3, 2005. A copy of the claim is attached.
The City’s Claims Administrator, Carl Warren and Company, has advised the City to reject the claim. Carl Warren and Company will continue its investigation of this claim.
