RECOMMENDATION
Reject the claim and direct staff to notify the claimant.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The claimant alleges personal and real property at 34 Sea Cove Drive sustained flood related damages during heavy rainstorms on February 19, 2005. The claimant alleges that the City storm drain system failed. The claim amount is over $16,685. A copy of the claim is attached.
The City’s Claims Administrator, Carl Warren and Company, has advised the City to reject the claim.
