SUBJECT: CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY ARTHUR AND JANETLOU CONNOR
Reject the claim and direct staff to notify the claimant.
Claimants claim flooding damage to their home allegedly attributable to storm water-run off from Ryan Park down slope to the claimants’ property on Vallon Drive during the February 19-20, 2005 rainstorms. No amount was provided on the original claim filed with the City, however the claimant provided an amount of $12,433 to the City’s Claim
Administrator. A copy of the claim is attached.
The City’s Claims Administrator, Carl Warren and Company, has advised the City to reject the claim.
