RECOMMENDATION
Reject the claim and direct staff to notify the claimant.

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Claimant alleges vehicle damage when driving over a pothole on northbound Hawthorne Boulevard between Silver Spur Road and Blackhorse Road on September 24, 2005. Damages claimed in the amount of $340.00. A copy of the claim is attached.

The City’s Claims Administrator, Carl Warren and Company, has advised the City to reject the claim.
