1. Pontevedra Emergency Storm Drain Repairs (Holland)
Recommendation: Review and reconfirm by a four/fifths (4/5) vote, the Council’s previous action on December 6, 2005 to authorize staff to conduct an informal bid process to repair the Pontevedra storm drain line.

Recommendation: Review the Budget Policy Issues for the FY 06-07 budget and provide staff with direction.

Recommendation: Receive and file the 2006 Five-Year Financial Model, including the recommendation by the Finance Advisory Committee.

4. City Manager Proposed Budget (Evans)
Recommendation: Review the proposed budget and provide direction to staff.
