2. Biennial Review of Conflict of Interest Code for the Improvement Authority (Petru)
Recommendation: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. IA 2006- , A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY ADOPTING AN AMENDED CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE CONTAINING REVISED DESIGNATED POSITIONS, DISCLOSURE CATEGORIES AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. IA 2004-10.

3. Improvement Authority Investment Policy – FY06-07 (Gyves)
Recommendation: Adopt and File the FY06-07 Investment Policy for the Rancho Palos Verdes Improvement Authority.

4. July 2006 Treasurer’s Report (McLean)
Recommendation: Receive and file the July 2006 Treasurer’s Report for the Rancho Palos Verdes Improvement Authority.

5. Register of Demands (McLean)
Recommendation: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. IA 2006- , A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING FUNDS FROM WHICH THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.
