A. Approval of the Minutes (Petru)
Recommendation: Approve the minutes May 2, 2006 and June 6, 2006.

B. Biennial Review of Conflict of Interest Code for the Redevelopment Agency (Petru)
Recommendation: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2006- , A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADOPTING AN AMENDED CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE CONTAINING REVISED DESIGNATED POSITIONS, DISCLOSURE CATEGORIES AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2004-10.

C. FY05-06 Year-End Budget Adjustments (Downs)
Recommendation: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2006- , AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2005-07, THE BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR FY05-06, TO INCREASE BUDGETED APPROPRIATIONS IN THE RDA DEBT SERVICE FUND.

D. Redevelopment Agency Investment Policy – FY06-07 (Gyves)
Recommendation: Adopt and File the FY06-07 Investment Policy for the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency.

E. Additions to the Consolidated Loan Between the City and Agency for Expenses Incurred During FY05-06 (Gyves)
Recommendation: Receive and file this staff report, which provides information regarding the loan additions to the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency (“Agency”) in the amount of $80,498 for expenses incurred by the City during FY05-06. The Consolidated Loan Agreement dated December 1, 2003 authorizes the loan additions.

F. July 2006 Treasurer’s Report (McLean)
Recommendation: Receive and file the July 2006 Treasurer’s Report for the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency.

G. Register of Demands (McLean)
Recommendation: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2006- , A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING FUNDS FROM WHICH THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.
