The minutes from the Council meetings between from January 17 to May 2, 2006 were prepared by an outside transcription service unfamiliar with the City’s minute format and style. As a result, the editing process is taking approximately three times as long to complete. The City Clerk’s Office has focused on staying current with the minutes starting with the May 16th City Council meeting, however, two of the City’s three contract minute takers resigned in August 2006.
